Customer Service

Everything DyDoDesigns Inc manufactures is custom made to order – "client-specific" designs – handcrafted with quality materials and fine workmanship.​ We tailor our cabinetry to fit you and your lifestyle, customizing sizes, layouts, and finishes to fit your spaces, needs, and tastes.  We invite, and rely on  you to share your ideas with us during the design process.


Company Policy
Your order will be processed right after the contract is signed and required deposit paid. You've got to be sure of the choice of design before you sign the contract. Changes can delay the original delivery date and can become very costly on your part. 


We require 50% deposit on all orders. The other 50% will be paid as soon as the order is finished and ready for delivery. We will contact you as soon as we finished the project and arrange for the final payment. You can pay us with your credit card, money order or cashier's check.

Other Terms and Conditions

Before signing the contract, you must carefully study the design, drawings, dimensions and any other detail that we provide. Cabinet will be built based on these drawings and specifications. Lead times are determined right after final approval is made. Delays in production may be caused by client changes on order. Dydo Designs can not be held responsible for these delays and other unforeseen problems like unavailable materials requested by the client.

On-site installation charges will added to the cost of the order. The cost will be determined based on the time we'll spend to do the installation. We do not install audio or video components or any other electric appliance.
